I hope everyone's holidays went well. Mine were more depressing than great, but whatever, it's over.

I worked yesterday morning and this morning. If one more person said 'it sucks that you work, but thanks for the coffee' I was going to scream. All of us volunteered.

I'm hopefully going to see Breakfast on Pluto tomorrow, and my excitement for that (even though I'm going with my mother) kind of outweighs any of my joy for the x-mas loot.

For the record, I now own:

the sports night box set
many sweaters
a nice pair of boots
50 in simon mall cards that i hate
a charm bracelet
argyle socks
a cap
fishnets
slippers
and a rubber ducky from my uncle since I finally have a bathroom on my side of the house after 3 years.

I made my grandma cry by giving her a new celtic cross, since she lost hers.

Today my wiper broke on just the driver side. This morning I drove to work in fog so thick I could only see about three feet and I thought I was going to drive off a cliff or into The Nothing or something overly dramatic like that.

My mom got the best gift, though, a 5.2 mega pixel camera and printer doc thingy from my dad and I.

I'm so drained from working (last week I managed to work 50 hours), and dealing with my mom and family. It's so past bed time.

It's time for a change. To move away from my lj that people have found, to a new one, where I can feel free enough to be public. I hate having to be friendsonly. A few entries will be private ofcourse, but for the most part, I'm public.

In this whole vein of change, I got an e-mail today from one of my sisters. She's moving to Knoxville and wanted to know if I'm interested. My biggest no, would be that I need to get my Masters of Library Science, and not a lot of schools have it, was shot down because University of Tenn. has a program...Now I'm in serious debate. Living at home is driving me insane. Cost of living down there is so much cheaper, 650 for a two bedroom house...I'm seriously thinking about it.

Oh well. I have to work tomorrow. It's time and a half though, so 4 hours of work will get me 40 bucks, so I really can't complain too much.

P-h-p.net got a new layout, as did this journal. PHP is Cillian as PussyKitten, and here is Invader Zim, since I'm in love with GIR. I want one.

Not sure what else to say, so I think I'll end it there.
